1. Use of the App

• You may use VideoSplitPro for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content you split or trim. We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated videos.

2. Intellectual Property

• All code, design, and trademarks are owned by STCodesApp. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without permission.
• You retain all rights to your video files; we claim no ownership over them.

3. Pro Version & Payments

• In-app purchases are processed via Google Play. All sales are final unless required by law.
• Free version limitations (max 3 clips, MP4 only) apply.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or damage to your device resulting from use of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STCodesApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
